Conscientious Projection: from Theory to Experiment

Abstract

This article seeks to disseminate the importance of the personal positioning to develop lucid projectability and proposes repeated application of techniques in order to develop the parapsychism of the experimenter. The goal, when reporting the experiences of the authors, is to demonstrate how the efforts bring results that may surprise both beginners and veterans. The method used, among others, was the application of energetic and projective techniques during the 18 weekly meetings of the school of lucid projectability (Escola de Projetabilidade Lúcida – EPL). The experiments not only demonstrated the individual parapsychic ability, but also provided the opportunity of learning about parapsychic phenomena, that when used judiciously and with cosmoethics are indispensable tools for anyone who wishes to become available for the multidimensional interassistantiality with greater lucidity and efficiency.
