Abstract

This article presents the Self-Lucidness Diary TechniqueExercise for Desperticity, developed by the author to overcome gaps in lucidity caused by daydreaming. The objective is to explain the self-research and the process of self-overcoming with the purpose of achieving self-desperticity. The practical results obtained throughout the use of the technique are presented, during the period considered most critical in relation to the impairments resulting from routine obnubilation, diagnosed and confirmed through the use of this self-research tool. The methodology employed consisted of self-experimentation, conscientiological self-research, verbete writing, and bibliographic studies. In developing this work, the self-confrontations, difficulties, and evolutionary gains achieved are addressed. In the final considerations, the self-overcomings, the expansion of parapsychism, and the Multidimensional Self-Awareness (MSA) acquired through the technique used in self-research are discussed.
