Extrafisical Meeting: Tool to Boost Interasistenciality

Abstract

This article discusses the experience of the author, volunteer of the International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology (IIPC) since 2011, in Manaus, concerning the perception of the results obtained from the use of extraphysical meeting as a tool to achieve interassistantiality and solve problems of the volunteering daily activities. The goal is to demonstrate how the extraphysical meetings happen and how they can help to boost interassistantial purposes of the institution. The methodology proposed was the gathering of subjects and results of the extraphysical meetings present in the records of the intraphysical meetings and the application of a questionnaire to assess the perception of the volunteers regarding effectiveness and commitment.
