Parapoliticology and Evolutionary Entrepreneurship

Abstract

This is about the author’s report as IIPC general coordinator, where he worked from October 2017 to November 2021. The most relevant learnings as a manager are presented from Parapoliticology standpoint, facing the challenge to adapt the institution to digital transformation, as well as the conviviality within the enterprise itself and external to it, to the International Cosmoethic Conscientiological Community. It shows the importance of Parapolitics as tool to manage people and institutional relationship. It used the self-experimentation methodology, and as result the listed gains shows it has well succeeded.
