Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the transformation of the individual coordination of the Conscientiocentrology area to a collegiate, currently composed of 6 members. Conscientiocentrology is responsible for welcoming, guiding, forwarding and monitoring volunteers. This change generated challenges and new attitudes due to the assumption of leadership of each member of the collegiate. One of the facilitators of this process was the fact that the coordination had already worked horizontally, previously, with the local’ conscientiocentrologies. The movements promoted by these changes were recycling and reconciliations that took place from the interassistatial availability and the openness of each volunteer in order to qualify the actions of the collegiate in welcoming the intermissivists.
