The digital transformation impacted all areas of the IIPC, as the way in which the institution delivered the processes of para-education and consciential re-education was no longer possible and viable in times of pandemic. With Information Technology (IT) it was no different. A critical area of support for the IIPC’s structural framework, TI played an essential role in supporting the digital transformation and ensured, even in times of acceleration of planetary reurbanization, improved assistantial performance and economic-financial results. Both made it possible to continue the work of the IIPC without major counterflows. Thus, this article, in descriptive report format, presents the pre- and post-pandemic scenarios, the restructuring of IT for collegiate management, the applied conceptual model and the decisions made in the technical choices of SaaS (software as a service) to support all areas and core activity of the Institute, assistance, focused on the intermissivist and pre-intermissivist.
