Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the relationship between the Conscientiocentrology area and the IIPC volunteer, related to the transition from the presential model, before covid-19 pandemic, to the current, fully digital model. The pandemic caused extreme changes in the relationship with the volunteer, the impact of social distancing being one of them. Several actions were taken to contact them, offering emotional, psychological and financial assistance. The focus on assistance and overcoming the difficulties of the moment resulted in greater integration among volunteers. Despite the challenges imposed by the new pandemic reality, the advances and achievements of the IIPC were significant, highlighting the transformation of presential to online activities, in an agile manner, with shared vision and purposes, facilitating the recognition of the consciential self-value of the volunteer as a minipiece in the
interassistantial maximechanism of the IIPC.
