The IIPC Digital Transformation

Abstract

We live in extraordinary times, although not unprecedented, as humanity has been facing pandemics for millennia. However, from an evolutionary point of view, there is always some aspect to be recycled and, in the case of COVID-19, it is known that extraphysical reurbanization is perhaps the main motivator. This article historically addresses the IIPC group saga in facing such a mega challenge: growth crises, recycling and institutional changes towards digital transformation (DT). It is a document that portrays the volunteering group theatics, intermissivists who knew how to respond to what the occasion demanded.
