This article presents an account of parapsychic self-research based on personal experiences triggered by somatic crises, which functioned as catalysts for consciential recyclings and proexological redirection. The objective is to analyze parapsychism from the perspective of Conscientiology, highlighting the paradigmatic transition from religious dogmatism to materialistic scientism, and from the latter to the consciential paradigm. The methodology employed includes the analysis of personal experiences, bibliographic study, and the application of the pillars technique. It is concluded that conscientiological scientificity, grounded in the principle of disbelief, offers a broader, more autonomous, and evolutionary basis for the development of parapsychism.
