Overcoming Insecurity through the Assumption of Consciential Epicentrism

This article is about overcoming insecurity through the assumption of consciential epicentrism. It uses descriptive-analytical methods and bibliographic studies, describes and defines the topic addressed, promoting an analysis of the experiences lived during the self-research. It aims to overcome insecurity through the theoretical exercise of consciential epicentrism, under the premises of the consciential paradigm. In final considerations, it points out that the theory and practice (theatics) of cosmoethical leadership is an essential contribution to evolutionary entrepreneurship, as in addition to contributing to recycling and individual and group conscientious evolution, it expands assistance and assists in the development of the skills of the leader.
