Abstract

Self-research in search of overcoming shyness enabled important conscientiometric, conscientiotherapeutic and recynological insights for understanding and overcoming a hindering evolutionary bottleneck. Immersion in my intraconscientiality revealed important information that was previously hidden or dormant in my discernment and was decisive for achieving self-confidence. The objective was to expose the research process, the self-conscientiotherapeutic techniques, used as a methodology, for coping, the interassistance that can be provided to those similar consciousnesses, showing how achieving self-confidence makes the consciousness more authentic, free and capable of providing assistance and leveraging its evolutionary process.
