Abstract

The article presents the result of the author's self-research generated by the positioning for the self-confrontation of ingrained traits, from the growth crisis raised by the need to promote intraphysical changes. To overcome the evolutionary crisis, some techniques, tools and experiences were used that enabled the identification of strongtraits that hindered evolution, and strongtraits that optimized intraconsciential recycling in the perspective of cosmoethical evolution were used. It concludes that self-confrontation of the weaktraits and the appreciation of the strongtraits are fundamental to achieving evolutionary objectives, and that written self-research is important to establish new conscious positions.
