Paradigms

Abstract

This article intends to contribute to a better understanding about what is a scientific paradigm, and stimulate reflections on the theme. For this, initially, the concept of paradigm is presented. Next, its characteristics, roles, virtues and limitations are shown. In the end, the specificities of the consciential paradigm, the basis of Science Conscientiology, are addressed.
