Abstract

This paper presents the Enterprisegram, an instrument created by the members of the Cognopolis Entrepreneurship Project Foz 2035, developed within the Union of Conscientiocentric International Institutions (UNICIN), by a permanent working group of the Council of Conscientiocentric Enterprises (CE). It presents a methodology for Conscientiocentric Enterprises to apply a conscientiometric test and identify the cosmoetic level in the enterprise management. The idea came in 2015, during the development of the Grupal Cosmoethics Code (GCC) and presents a questionnaire based on the same methodology used by Prof. Waldo Vieira in his Conscientiogram book. It is aimed for entrepreneurs, managers, employees, partners and collaborators of any institution, so they can apply tests based on guidelines and pillars that guide a technical assessment, from the perspective of the Consciential Paradigm for Conscientiocentric Enterprises or specific projects.
