The Motivational Component in Three Decades of Volunteering at IIPC

Abstract

The author’s intention is to contribute to maintaining the motivation of IIPC’s volunteering at this moment of change caused by the coronavirus invisible element to the naked eye, and large planetary repercussion. The summarized trajectory of the author’s three-decade as a volunteer at that institution, will be exposed here, where the commitment and availability of assistance in the performed task, at the right time, under any circumstances, has become his own motivational instrument in volunteering.
