Psychosomatic Self-Education: In Search of Appeasement

Abstract

The paper presents the result of the author’s self-research, generated by the self-confrontation of turbulent emotions arising from situations of inter-consciential and group conviviality. It presentes tools for facing aggressive psychosomatic reactions to raise them to a new level with mentalsomatic characteristics, prevailing the rationality and thus opening space for the acquisition of the appeasement attribute.
