Abstract

This article aims to contribute to the increase of self-confidence and the updating of the selfimage from the technical mapping of the personal strong-traits, based on the facts existing in the personal life history. To do this, it spells out tools and reflections for the conscience interested in identifying and maping manifested talents and abilities, often used without self-awareness. It concludes on the importance of undertaking self-research and interassistance, aiming at the appropriation of personal traits for the reduction of self-confidence and the development of intimate pacification.
