Abstract

The objective of the present work is to highlight the personal potentialities that lead to the achievement of goals capable of attending to the Conscientiocentric Institutions (CIs) and the consciousness in need of help. It also aims to demonstrate the challenges, stimulate the experiments and demonstrate the learning obtained in the performance of consciential volunteering, using the power of realization in the enterprises under their own responsibility. It is based on facts and parafacts experienced by the author as a volunteer in CI. It exposes the difficulties that need to be overcome, as well as the reflections and conscientiological techniques favouring specialized group work.
